I am not a customer of this bank but recently had occasion to visit needing information. The young lady who helped me was exceptional at her job, a real pleasure. her name is Tanisha Edmond a credit to her employer. If I were contemplating a change in banking I would have to seriously consider this bank.

Very impressed with Bank OZK and especially sweet Carol. Highly recommend discussing your personal and commercial banking needs with her.
