Ask for Annie. She is the best!! She is friendly, professional, and very efficient. She is knowledgeable of the products and readily provides information without being pushy. She found an error on our account from a previous purchase and helped us retrieve credit that we didn't realize we had, saving us quite a bit of money! She has swiftly addressed any concerns we've had during our shopping/ purchasing/ delivering experience. She calls when she says she will and always follows up, as promised. She's the type of sales person that makes people want to return for future purchases. Badcock should be proud to have her representing their company!

I love the store selection and staff,but $199 for delivery is crazy! I had a whole appliance package delivered and hooked up from Lowe's for $79! I'm going elsewhere for the rest of my furniture shopping

I went to Badcock and dealt with a salesperson named Annie and her manager whose name is Evan and I can't tell you the experience that I had in between both of them. The Communication between the manager and employee was just phenomenal!!!! Great TEAM work. I can't say enough about this Team and and GOID fyrniture, this is the oñace ti go. ***Badcock*** is where you go if you're looking for a great salesperson. LOOK for Annie. if she's not there get her manager Evan❤️❤️❤️

Huge shoutout to Annie she was amazing! We went to find a bed set and she offered for us to come back the next day to get a better deal with financing. When went back the next day and ran into some issues but we got it resolved. Annie did not leave until we got what we needed, we were there past closing time. I will be renting to her in the future! :)

My husband and I bought a 6 piece sectional sofa with manual recliners at both ends 4 years ago. A year ago I called and asked if they could send someone out to service both recliners. We knew the cost was on us. Badcock warranties the sofa for 3 years which is great BUT after 3 years they won’t even send someone out to look at the recliners. We knew it was out of warranty so we didn’t expect them to pay for it. We just want to get the recliners fixed.They told us they wouldn’t send anyone out after 3 years. BEWARE!! They do NOT take care of their customers after a warranty runs out.We will not return to buy ANYTHING from Badcock again. We would have been a returning customer and referred them to friends but I made some phone calls and said DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Guess they don’t want good customers to return. We will be shopping somewhere else for sure.
