I went to Auto Zone to get windshield wipers and the plastic nozzles that direct the spray on to the windshield because they broke off. Marne was wonderful and extremely helpful and even put everything on for me. Great customer service!

Customers be careful!! I have used autozone for years but never had this problem. I bought a 12 dollar part this week that ended up not fitting my car at all. It was a Dorman steering coupler for a 2014 elantra. Today I try to return the part, at the exact same store, to buy oil and brakes for the car but they said sorry you must have the receipt. I said can you use my number and was told sorry that's only for rewards. I told the guy at the register to keep the part ihe apologized and said sorry he can't help and he gladly took the part. I know for a fact they can look up the sale history for the part and see it was just sold. But evidently this is a corporate decision which just made them lose another long time customer. It is not worth the risk of having a receipt washed and destroyed or fly out the window knowing you are out of luck with autozone. Advance auto and O'Reillys literally not another part store is like this.

Marne’ at Auto Zone on Skyline has come to the rescue again. My neighbor got stranded the previous evening. Next morning we jump started her car and went straight to Auto Zone. Marne’ diagnosed the issue put in a new battery and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. This is the third battery I’ve purchased for a relative, neighbor and myself at this Auto Zone. Always appreciate her knowledge, get the job done attitude and promptness. So appreciated in todays market.

I was visiting from out of state and needed some new wiper blades, not only was Marne super helpful in finding the correct ones, she even helped me install them. I am but a simple business man after all and have no idea how automobiles work! Something to do with steam I'm sure.

Been coming to this location for a few years now "Marne" has the absolute best customer service and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend taking the extra distance to this location for the quality service.

I came to store 6059 for a battery change out. Pastor was AMAZING and went above and beyond to help me!! Marne had helped me out the previous day and was fantastic! All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend AutoZone for all your auto needs.

Went in to have my battery tested and was in and out in 20 minutes. Battery tested bad but was under warranty still. Gary D helped me and replaced my battery quickly and very professionally. Thanks again Gary!

TL/DR - ZONE OUT OF THIS LOCATION! Forget getting anyone to help you as they're too busy on their phones and their products are cheap and unsafe. Their refund process is decent however. I went in one evening with my wife to look for 1) an air compressor (the portable kind that hooks up to the cigarette lighter to air up a tire), a car battery charger/emergency start device. And a locking trailer hitch pin. Sounds pretty simple right?Except no. Asked the dude at the counter (a fully grown adult, not some teenager) if they had the locking hitch pins and he told me "whatever we have would be on aisle (whatever) and went back to his phone. We eventually found it. Went back and asked him about the air compressor and he said "we don't have those" and went back to his phone. We looked it up on the Autozone app and it said they had various models in stock at that store so I showed him the app and he sighs and takes me to them, then immediately leaves and goes back to the counter and his phone. Didn't take the time to explain the difference in model features or what have you. We were able to find the battery charger ourselves after a while - no sense asking him for help.Well, the air compressor caught on fire and melted the plastic casing around the wires. Decided that in addition to returning that, I would also return the battery charger considering the quality and safety issues around the air compressor and doubting that my battery charging experience would be any saferI go there, and the same dude was there and I went to the counter with my stuff for a refund. That wasn't an issue and was handles smoothly but another customer was in a knock down screaming and cussing match with yet a different employee who refused to help him find something in their store. It's really like they don't care which is a bit odd as Autozone is usually one of the best auto parts stores. Not this one though

Shout out to the autozone skyline e Blvd. Location. Every time I go.. We receive the best quality customer service. The employees care and really time the time to care for each of their customer. Shout out to Marne. She really knows her stuff. Her customer service is amazing and above and beyond. Today, she replaces my car battery. She explained the options between a 2 yr and 3yr car battery. Excellent service and will be returning again as I have been a long time customer. Highly recommended. To all.

Walked in, and the salesman assisted me. I wanted four car safety tools, but they only had one. I brought it. I was told that when one is sold, it automatically updates the inventory to send another to the store. I'll keep looking around to get more, or I go back next week and buy the one they get in. Probably not a high item in need. I understand that.

This time I was not happy. I ask for a headlight for my dodge. He gave me one for $55. I ask twice if they are right. Last time I spend $360. No this is the right light. When I get home and check the internet. It was the wrong one. The price is $406 at the moment. Next day I return it. When I get out a lady with his kids ask me if I can jump start the car. I say sure. The employees find out the battery is dead. But when she buy a new one. No one will help her to install it. Also by the jump start no one will help her. At this day I see no costumer service - sorry

Gary D was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to help my mom today with her car issues! He ran a test on her car and found her battery needed a charge. He took her battery out tried to charge it and discovered she needed it replaced. He even installed the battery for her. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was very friendly and made some jokes despite us all being out in this unbearable heat! Thanks so much and I hope you continue to brighten peoples lives by being such a kind hearted person.
