My battery died in my office parking lot; I was able to get a jump start by a kind man who just by the grace of God was right next to me. With being a woman of a DO IT YOURSELF Marine Corps Family, I had jumper cables in my trunk. I of course headed straight to AutoZone in the pouring down rain. Anthony Pacheco was on site, and he assisted me with choosing the right battery for my budget AND he helped me install it! The install wasn't easy, the battery had a cover, and it took BOTH of us to work as a team to get that cover off and successfully install said battery! Thank you, Anthony!!

I’ve given multiple five star reviews for this location but each time I want to upload a new review - it makes me remove the old one and upload a new comment, but this last experience needs to be made known to the owners and known to anybody else who wants to know the kind of integrity the employees/management has at this location:
I’ve always had amazing experiences at this location, no matter who helps me, but Marne is truly in a league of her own. Every single time she assists me, I’m left absolutely speechless by her kindness and the way she goes above and beyond. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. Marne’s care and compassion moved me to tears, and I felt an overwhelming sense of grace from her. I cannot express my gratitude enough—she is the gold standard for excellent service. Thank you, Marne, for continuously exceeding my expectations and thank you for your heart of gold. Please never change, you’re impacting people in such a positive uplifting way.

What amazing service! My check engine light was on and I kept being told to take it to a mechanic. I don't know or trust a mechanic to tell me what's wrong without completely embellishing. I went to Auto Zone on Skyline Blvd in Cape Coral and a gentleman Jim, a 40+ year mechanic came out to see what's going on. It was only a the gas cap! Lol! He didn't make me feel dumb and was so friendly and courteous. I can't imagine what a shady (I'm sure I would have found one) mechanic would have told me. Need an engine check? Go there and ask for Jim :)

I bought a battery a few years ago from the Autozone on Skyline. I've been having problems with the battery not starting but didn't have the receipt so I went into the store after jump starting my vehicle. There were two women working there and I wish I had written down their names but they were so helpful and friendly. They looked up my account, found my battery purchase, and right away said it's under warranty. No fighting or arguing and they were smiling the entire time. One of them grabbed a new battery, took it out to my car, replaced it in 5 minutes and I was on my way. It was so fast and easy and most of all I appreciated their friendly attitude, professionalism, and amazing speed to send me on my way without having to worry about anything. I can't say enough good things and thank you to the two incredible women that helped me. I will always now go to this Autozone for all of my needs! Thank you Autozone on Skyline in Cape Coral!
