Poorly run intro class.It’s hard to hear the instructor because she doesn’t use a mic and just talks to people individually. She also spent more time taking videos of us for social media than teaching us things. Awkward vibe.The class ended early, which is a bummer for a 45 minute class. There also was no introduction of the instructor or how to make sure your equipment was on correctly, so a few times my padding got messed up and it was really uncomfortable.I think it’s a great concept, and we had fun trying the moves, but I wouldn’t recommend this particular studio.

Sounds like a lot of fun and I would love to try it but no one answers the phone or responds to voice-mail. Not great business practice to not follow up.

This gym has poor business practices. I signed up for private sessions and then my trainer had to go out of state so I was handed off to Patty. I showed up to an empty gym multiple times for a scheduled session and she was no where to be found and the few that I did show up for she double booked me and I ended up having to work out with others during my PRIVATE sessions which is more expensive than group sessions. After finally having enough I asked for my money back for the remaining session which she acknowledged and told me she had to look at my file. That was the last I heard from her and she has ignored my messages in attempt to contact her. Don’t waste your time or money going to this gym

What a great place!! My friend and I were in Cape Coral on vacation and wanted to try a different workout and this fit perfectly! Patty and Aaron tailored the workout to our level of fitness and challenged us! They let us choose the music and I don't think we stopped laughing while we were sweating the whole the time. We had never done a bungee workout before but they clearly explained how it worked and ensured we were safely connected. They wanted us to have fun and get a good workout in!Highly recommend!

10/10 would highly recommend. The class was so much fun you cannot help to laugh the day’s stress away. My friend and I had fun from the moment we walked in to very end—I cannot wait to be back. I’m not sure what I was thinking but I did not expect to sweat as much as I did… it’s tough! It’s great for a update on girls night out or even solo to mix up your workout routine. Aaron and Patty were great and they ensure you are safe throughout.They also take great action videos and pics!PS. 10Twentyfive is just next door ?

We were just starting our 3 week vacation to Bokeelia Florida when I got hit with horrendous sciatica, constant pain and spasm running from my Left hip to the front of the knee. I have experience with leg pain, as I have had previous Right L4-5 lumbar disc injections and finally microdiscectomy several years ago with resolution thankfully. This time the pain was searing and unrelenting for 6 days, almost worse than the pain following surgery (I refused any opiates then). It was bad enough that I was considering leaving early and just going home. Fortunately we have a fantastic physician (a world famous medical institution) who ordered me a 6 day oral steroid. The pain maybe subsided within a day, but was still almost debilitating, especially in the morning. I was almost ready to give up and get home so I wanted to let our AirB&B owner know ahead of time. When I called her (Patty Cummings) she said that her business, Astro Endurance bungee, often treated people with sciatica. Say what ?? What a coincidence ! She offered me a session as she thought she could help me out with this. Before going ahead with a session, I sent my physician a link to the website. He approved of me to go ahead, but stop if pain gets worse. I went to the first session wondering what to expect. I have had many regular physical therapy sessions in my life, and I have to say, none of those sessions were nearly as effective as the bungee stretching. I have done 2 sessions so far, and third scheduled before leaving. The pain has gone down greatly and spasms are few and far between. This therapy has saved our vacation. Sure I might not be able to be as active, but still able to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. I told my physician about what I found with this, and he concurred that it seems to be a safe and effective sciatic pain relief approach. Thank you.John Wheeler

Patti has been tremendous in helping me relieve pain with my fibromyalgia. With the bungees you don’t realize you are working out as it is so much fun!

I had so much fun. Everyone should try this at least once.. You will be hooked.. It didn't feel like a workout. I'm going to have a lot more friends try Astro-Durance Bungee in Cape Coral.
