I had used Arthur printing before and never had problems. I never had big orders, but did not realize this was a problem. I scanned 3 drawings to them to be printed on Monday and had not heard anything from them by Wednesday. I called to see if the order had been received and spoke with Bob, who told me he had forgotten to complete the order. He sent me proofs just a few minutes later and I told him I think they need to be a little darker. I was under the impression that was what proofs were for , to make adjustments. This is where he proceeded to angrily inform me that because of people like me there is now a $25 minimum. I told him I was not aware of that. He continued to berate me saying there is no way I could have missed their sign stating that when I picked up an order in July. I not only did not see the sign, no one mentioned the minimum when I did pick up my order, and I looked at their website where they go on and on about their great customer service and no mention is made of a $25 minimum.

Awesome experience!I called last minute for an item I needed for an event. They made material suggestions for the project I was working on based on what I was going to use the print for. They were able to let me know if the design could be printed in high quality for the size I needed. Pricing is good, great product, communication, and customer service. I have added them to my list of go-to vendors for future events.

Arthur printing has been such a joy to work with and their signs far exceeded my expectations!This was the first time I have ever ordered professional signs and Shawnie was amazing to work with and very patient with me! She explained everything and was quick to communicate. I highly recommend Arthur Printing and will be using them again in the future!

First time customer and when they made a mistake they tried to blame me then told me to come back later to fix it. They seemed to busy eating lunch to take care of it right away. Very disappointed.

Whoever is running the store started shooting fireworks off at families and kids trying to walk back to their cars during the Fourth of July event. This kind of Tierney from the owner was totally uncalled for.. someone could’ve seriously got injured because he doesn’t want people walking around his office.
