Love our new air conditioner or electric bill has dropped significantly. We got new high efficiency A/C and new duct work and returns. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because one of the installers stepped through my ceiling. They said the would fix it 2 months later and it still looks like a two year old fixed said the would send someone to fix the paint still waiting.

For two months, I have tried to get in touch with this company for a copy of my contract. They will not send it to me and when I call they just leave me on hold and never come back. I waited for 10 minutes today. Then I got a generic email saying we appreciate your business and please rate us which is what I am doing. If you call their number, you'll get an answering machine snd the mailbox is full. I don't understand why their customer service is so bad. They have been responsive to service calls in the past but for some reason they refuse to give me a copy of my service contract and I have contacted them and emailed them several times over 2 months now, which they ignore. She told me my account is on their website, but there is nothing there.

3 years ago we used ecpro and bought a new air conditioner and handler with $5200 since then the owner hasn't come back to do any of the service or maintenance which it really didn't need but he sent out 2 different occasions over the 2 years too crew's that I personally watched release a whole bunch of free on into the atmosphere which is a no no as we all know that in the 2nd thing it looked like they didn't know what they were doing because the guys that were there kept hooking up the Positive and negative to the wrong terminals and it was sparkling in the air conditioning unit by the capacitor which I think is what surged the pump that was only 2 years old and we had to replace the pump was under warranty but it cost us another $450 for labor for them to replace the pump that I believe they damaged, E C PRO IS THE ONLY COMPANY WEVE USED AND THEY ARE CARELESS BENDING THE COILS PUTTING THE COVER ON AND OFF THE UNIT.

Eduardo and his team are the most knowledgeable and caring pros that I have ever used in my 50 years as a homeowner. Whenever I have had a problem, they identified it quickly and remedied the situation effectively. No way to go wrong with their service! G Reynolds, Cape Coral, FL

We needed a dryer vent cleaned out and they were the most reasonable. I was happy with the work and the communication before the appointment. I would recommend them for this service.

My condo I bought had been a rental for years ! It smelled so bad when I moved in. I called EC Air Pro to come out for an estimate. They came out only a couple days later. They send me an estimate and did the work the same week. My condo smells brand new! The cost was very reasonable. They cleaned my fester vent as well! I couldn't believe the yuck that came out of my vent! I highly recommend EC Air Pro

Murphy's Law was in full effect this last week when our central air decided to die. After getting a quote from the company that had been servicing my unit, I decided to get a second opinion. I had a good experience with this company before when I needed my dryer duct cleaned, so I decided to get a quote from them. I'm glad I did. Their quote was 1K less with a better a/c unit. They arrived as promised and did the installation within hours. I'm very happy with the results and give them my highest recommendation. Thanks Eduardo!

John, Christian and Eduardo did a great job repairing our air conditioner. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. Eduardo even took the extra step of taking the fan motor back to his shop to make the repair possible. Communication with Celinda was also great with calls and texts to confirm appointments and arrival time. I highly recommend this company.

I worked for John and I watched the man lie and cheat people. Even write up bills and say he done something and not do it and then making some people pay in cash and not give them a bill so he can pocket the money and act like he had nothing to do with it. He cheated me out of money and anyone that worked for him would usually quit either from not getting paid or John's mouth tying to make someone feel stupid like he knows more than everyone else in the world. He will yell and scream your wrong about something and he's right even when everyone around him is telling him he's wrong he's still right.

This clown installed a Goodman unit in our home close to a year ago. It has been a constant battle with him to get it right. Constant. Promising to be here and then not showing up. This excuse or that excuse. It's Goodman's fault. It's this, it's that. Now that the unit has completely failed he is nowhere to be found. Not returning calls or answering text messages. It appears we are going to have to pay someone else to fix his incompetent, shoddy work.

Anointed Air & Refrigeration is the worst company to deal with both as a customer and an employee. The owner John Teague uses being a Christian to his advantage, in other words uses God to gain customers. He is nothing but a lying crook. Installed the wrong size condenser at my house (needed a 3 ton and he installed a 2.5 ton) and over charged my landlord. Now 2 years later we have to replace my whole system because of the compatibility issues. As an employee NO ONE wants to work for him as we never know if your check is guaranteed at the end of the week. He screams and belittles employees in front of customers to make himself feel like the big man in town. He hired a new girl for me to train but I caught on to his game and knew he was going to get rid of me, sorry new girl no offense but I wasn't teaching you everything I know. My knowledge is worth something. Anyone that does business with this company or goes to work for them I wish you luck.

It began good. My AC went out and I needed it fixed on a Sunday. So since I'm a Christian, I looked into "Christian" AC businesses. Anointed Air came up so I called. John offered to come that afternoon and I took him up on it. There was a charge for weekend work, but we had company coming the next day so that was fine. He came out and did it that evening with his father. I noticed the electric bills skyrocketing, and just figured it was the hot summer we were having. It kept up for several months so I called the electric company and they assigned me a specialist in energy savings. This man did a lot of research and found that the electrical usage had increased approximately 30% on exactly the day that the AC was installed. So I called John. He sent a guy out there to take a look at it who immediately told me it was just the hot summer. He looked at things but didn't seem to understand that everything remained the same EXCEPT for the new AC unit. There isn't much choice in the matter, the AC is either a lemon or not hooked up correctly. So I spoke with John after this and he said he was going to look at it himself. Weeks go by, no John. So I call the office and talk to Grace. She says she's going to send John out. Weeks go by, no John. I call the office and talk to another lady in there, she'll pass the message to John. This has been going on for far too long, so I'm going to have to hire someone else to fix it. If I were you, I'd not do business with these folks!_____________________________The saga continues. After finally having another company come out to see what the issue is, I've been told that the Teagues have been ripping folks off around Cape Coral for many years. Firstly, his jaw dropped when he found out what John and Grace Teague had charged me for a unit that they, ethically, should not have put in in the first place. It's an R22 unit which they sold me new. I guess it isn't possible to get a new air exchanger for this unit, so it's pretty much worthless when my air exchanger gives out. Secondly, the main reason my AC is costing me so much in electric is that the AC Unit and Exchanger are badly mismatched (piston size). Thirdly, when John told me that he couldn't reuse the Hot Water Return unit, he was lying through his teeth. That would have been true had he been putting in a modern day AC unit, but he wasn't. Since he was putting in an R22, he could have reconnected the hot water return. Of course he should not have sold me this unit, especially for $2,750. Hopefully there will be some legal recourse for me. Let the buyer beware, these folks are going to take you for whatever they can...
