This Company is very unprofessional. I ordered a pair of diabetic shoes. My insurance company paid for them. I have not received them . I paid him $ 20.00 cash to mail my shoes. This was 2 years ago Jay Rhodes . I will never do business with this company. I was told the insurance company paid me 80.00 sum dollars. I never received a check from my insurance company. You would think that they would have followed .

We had a wonderful expirence with American Orthopaedics. We called their office and gave them all our information for diabetic shoes. After our information was approved they called us back and even told us since my husband had such a hard time getting around they would come to our house. In less than 2 weeks Jay Rhodes came to our house took impressions of my husbands feet. He was so kind And helpful and very professional. This is such a great place to go if you live in the area of Cape Coral or Ft. Myers and need diabetic or orthopedic shoes or braces. It is unusual to get personal treatment like they gave us. Please support your local stores, especially when they give service like we received. Thank you Jay to you and your team for wonderful service.....Dona and Harold Malone....very satisfied customers.
