Have always had a pleasant experience with this location until we went last weekend off Santa Barbara and veterans pkwy and both my young kids got hand foot mouth disease due to not cleaning the carts the doctor said. Will not be going back to this Aldi again and will be going to speak with the manager when they open this morning. We have been dealing with high fevers and sores all over the kids hands mouths and feet for just over 2 days now. If you have kids don’t bring them to this store it is very unsanitary.

I bought iceberg lettuce there several times and each time there were a lot of brown spots in the lettuce, which is due to ripening and the lettuce almost spoiled. The problem is that the employees don't know that you can't store tomatoes and iceberg together, not even in the refrigerator.

I have been shopping at Aldi for 3 years and love the new store on Santa Barbara Blvd in Cape Coral. The selection of products and the prices are great and I love all the surprises. But the best thing about this store is the staff. They are such a hard working and really nice group of people and it is great to see the same people for a long who really seem to enjoy working at Aldi as much as I like shopping there.

Camila was so helpful! I had an instacart order come in last minute and she stayed an extra 20 minutes waiting and helping us find items and let us stay and bag everything while she finished up cleaning, thank you Camila for your customer service and bright attitude! We appreciate you!

This has become our go to grocery store, sorry Publix. There is quite a good selection of food once you figure it all out, but as the signs say, it’s the pricing that has us coming back for more! Talk about a way to save some cash, plus the food is GOOD! We actually prefer most of the Aldi brands to the “real” brands of the foods and let’s not even go into their fresh salmon and how delicious that is! This store is clean, well stocked and the staff is overall friendly. Aldi isn’t what I’d call beaming in customer service like Publix is, but they do their jobs and considering how few employees there are I’m pretty impressed. I’d call this store family friendly too, they always say nice things to my kiddos when they come in and compliment them. Which makes them love going. The isles have good space in between them for easy shopping, especially carting kids with baby dolls, lol! The produce is pretty fresh and if we’ve had an issue they’ve allowed us to exchange it without a hassle.

This is a good Aldi's. Clean, usually well stocked...i went on tuesday so since the new flyer starts weds., They were restocking. I always find something I didnt know I wanted !!?
