I can't say enough good things about the 7-11 on palm tree, especially when Josh is working! His infectious laughter and cheerful attitude brighten up my day every time I stop by. Not only does he provide excellent customer service, but the store is consistently clean and well-maintained under his watch. Joshua truly goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face!

Today 1/142024 I went to play the lottery like every day I won 6 dollars and the employee told me it was 3 and when I demanded the money he seemed to get upset, when the most correct thing was an apology, that is the most unethical employee work that has treated me

Now I feel happy to visit 7 Eleven near my house, thanks to the great attention of Ray and Tarah, the store is super clean and the attention is wonderful, people like them are needed, very respectful and helpful

Worst employee(s) in cape coral. They are either extremely Lazy, unmotivated and couldn't care less about the customer experience or how their "service" reflects upon the company or they are mentally handicapped and dont know any better. Its difficult to detwrmine what the case is. In either instance, 7-Eleven won't get another dime of my business.
