At first appearances of the home looked ok, But after a few days living there we were very disappointed. Having to call and ask for things to be either fixed or replaced. The homes that we rented in the past from 123Cape were always in very nice condition, But this one really fell short of our expectations.* Pillows were replaced*Bathroom linens tathered*Stains on bedding*Had to ask for Cutlery*Dishes were chipped*Pool was dirty*Sofa&Loveseat needs to be replaced* Garage door broke*Dryer was broke on arrival*There was no carbon monoxide detector*Door knobs needed repair

Loved the home it's great, the beds are comfortable and it is very spacious. Somethings could have worked better and the pool heat is very expensive. I couldn't get hooked into the audio system even though they tried to get it to work. The pool table and cues were not in good condition.

*** This is not a fake. We rented the house 7/22-7/29. As everyone can see this was the level of customer service we received!****This has to be one of the worst vacation rental companies around. We stay yearly in Cape Coral and this is our first and last experience with them. We used them recently via AirBnB and it was one of the worst experiences ever. They had multiple Airbnb host violations. We arrived to a semi clean house, a very dirty pool, and at this property the garbage bins were full and were full of maggots and flies. Our complaints were dismissed and company associate was extremely rude. Customer service is not a quality this company strives for! I recommend that you use another company!

Home was new and perfect when we checked it out. I have asthma and requested no chemicals used in washing towels. Arrived to home smelling like a whole bottle of Tide was dumped in there. In fact, we found the Tide the cleaning crew left. Rental company blamed property management and vice versa. In addition, the thermostat broke and we had to beg for a new one. The TV in the living room broke and we were told no TV until my husband demanded a replacement. Replacement TV was 20 inches. Electric curtain broke etc. Every time we documented with emails and every time we were ignored. And I will bet they will respond to this by making it our fault. A retired school teacher and firefighter are lying. Don't believe it folks. Stay far away. Run.

We had a great time at this home. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful....loved the little extra touches of class the home had upon our arrival.

When our return-to-office date was delayed, we spontaneously booked a Cape Coral rental with 123Cape. The rental experience was generally easy: on-line booking, in-person check in, and in-person check out. We rented a new home, which was lovely overall. After our trip, I wrote a review of the home on 123Cape's website, and to my disappointment, they only posted the positive comments - not the few weaknesses of the home. I e-mailed 123Cape to express concern that they modified my review and didn't receive a response. Although 123Cape's service was good in the moment, I have to question the culture if they're willing to alter client reviews after the rental.

We stayed at one of these homes and we relaxed and went out to eat. The next day we went grocery shopping. When we were putting groceries away, we noticed the shelves in the refrigerator were broke. It was a Sunday so we did not call. The next day my brother in law called about the ceiling fan. They came and looked at it and a lady from the company took photos of the refrigerator shelves. We were not responsible for the damage.

Worst property management company we’ve ever seen! Unprofessional, unreliable, and even worse: Totally unfriendly and rude! NEVER experienced something like this in over a decade in Florida. AVOID this company if you can at all costs!

I would not advise to come here either I got the the place they told me to go to so that I can look at it's and no one showed up I got to code no information for them and I've been waiting here for 30 minutes and calling them for 30 minutes. That is ridiculous I who's I would have received a good service form them but that did not happen.

Martina is the worst, she does not communicate, don’t answer question with clarity, sent my completed application for a property by email to show my interest and even thought she said I needed to come in person. Did not give me the courtesy to say I have interest in the property I need the application and holding fee before I give it to the next applicant. Bad business acumen and bad business practices
