Had the best experience at this home!!! It is so beautiful and the view is unbelievable! I hosted my bachelorette party here and it fit all of our expectations! We had such a great time hanging out at the pool during the day and such fun movie nights!!! The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend & come stay again!!

The salty fins house was a pleasure to stay at. The mattresses were very comfortable, the furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was really well appointed. The manager, Mandy, was knowledgeable and friendly.
The move-in and move out process was smooth and predictable. Highly recommend this home and management company.

We were able to spend four weeks on holiday in this wonderful house.
As soon as we arrived, we were impressed by the large, open living area and the beautiful terrace with the great pool.
The kitchen was really well equipped and there was nothing missing on site.
The gas grill in the outdoor area provides many wonderful barbecue evenings.
You could eat inside in the dining area on hot days or outside on the terrace at the dining table on pleasant days.
Every room and even the terrace was equipped with a fan and the easy-to-use air conditioning always ensured a comfortable room temperature.
The entire terrace and pool area was equipped with an insect screen so that you could sit outside at any time of the day or night without worrying about annoying insects or other unwelcome animals.
The interaction of the pool lighting and the sunset-colored sky left us amazed one evening or another.
In the garage, which has direct access to the house, there were some swimming rings, mattresses and pool games.
There were even two beach chairs and a parasol, which saved us from getting really sunburnt and getting sand all over our bodies on the beach.
The location of the house is really great.
By car you can reach various grocery stores, drugstores, pharmacies, gas stations and restaurants in just a few minutes.
You can plan a wide variety of activities around Cape Coral and you can also find information material about them in the house. We also found it particularly pleasant that we had a permanent contact person from the property management who was available to help us immediately if there were any small problems. All in all a very successful holiday, we would love to come back.

Be sure to avoid booking a holiday home with this provider! The expensive holiday home was, to quote the provider: “Uninhabitable, the whole house smells of mold, the air conditioning is defective”. The wall in one of the bedrooms was torn open (see photo), the upper floor was extremely hot. The pool was dirty. The photos on the website do not reflect the current condition of the house. We have all of the provider's statements on video because he will certainly contradict this review. The alternative offered by the local provider was an old, much smaller house that was in need of renovation and which, according to the provider, would have roofers coming to repair the roof in the coming days. Of course we rejected this “alternative”. The provider was not willing to pay us the necessary two nights in a hotel until we had found a new house at very short notice from a reputable provider. We will file a report on Monday.

The homes that we rented in the past from 123Cape were always in very nice condition, But this one really fell short of our expectations.* Pillows were replaced*Bathroom linens tathered*Stains on bedding*Had to ask for Cutlery*Dishes were chipped*Pool was dirty*Sofa&Loveseat needs to be replaced* Garage door broke*Dryer was broke on arrival*There was no carbon monoxide detector*Door knobs needed repair

Loved the home it's great, the beds are comfortable and it is very spacious. Somethings could have worked better and the pool heat is very expensive. I couldn't get hooked into the audio system even though they tried to get it to work. The pool table and cues were not in good condition.

*** This is not a fake. We rented the house 7/22-7/29. As everyone can see this was the level of customer service we received!****This has to be one of the worst vacation rental companies around. We stay yearly in Cape Coral and this is our first and last experience with them. We used them recently via AirBnB and it was one of the worst experiences ever. They had multiple Airbnb host violations. We arrived to a semi clean house, a very dirty pool, and at this property the garbage bins were full and were full of maggots and flies. Our complaints were dismissed and company associate was extremely rude. Customer service is not a quality this company strives for! I recommend that you use another company!

Home was new and perfect when we checked it out. I have asthma and requested no chemicals used in washing towels. Arrived to home smelling like a whole bottle of Tide was dumped in there. In fact, we found the Tide the cleaning crew left. Rental company blamed property management and vice versa. In addition, the thermostat broke and we had to beg for a new one. The TV in the living room broke and we were told no TV until my husband demanded a replacement. Replacement TV was 20 inches. Electric curtain broke etc. Every time we documented with emails and every time we were ignored. And I will bet they will respond to this by making it our fault. A retired school teacher and firefighter are lying. Don't believe it folks. Stay far away. Run.

When our return-to-office date was delayed, we spontaneously booked a Cape Coral rental with 123Cape. The rental experience was generally easy: on-line booking, in-person check in, and in-person check out. We rented a new home, which was lovely overall. After our trip, I wrote a review of the home on 123Cape's website, and to my disappointment, they only posted the positive comments - not the few weaknesses of the home. I e-mailed 123Cape to express concern that they modified my review and didn't receive a response. Although 123Cape's service was good in the moment, I have to question the culture if they're willing to alter client reviews after the rental.
