Alfredo...Thank you for the response to my comments regarding my latest visit to the Atlantic Avenue Cape Canaveral Wells Fargo branch and giving me the opportunity to provide additional observations on the same. I have stated everything I needed to say and forwarding further incidentals would be reiterating my previous comments and of no additional value added to the situation. It is now up to your institution to implement some effective corrective actions and controls to prevent recurrence. Thank you.

One teller for the whole inside seriously..it's July 3rd ..I do not bank here but my boss pays he's rent threw here..What a horrible thing to have one teller on a payday befor a holiday shame on you wells Fargo.

So sad that the brick and mortar banks are going away and the jobs with them but they do not help themselves; I tried to open a bank account in this bank but they do not have bankers available to take care of customers. I guess we have to transition to e-banking.

Customer Service???? I am not a resident of Cape Canaveral Florida, was able to withdraw funds using their ATM from my Credit union back home, no problem Went inside to the bank to get some of the 20's broke down and was told without an account can only do $20's. That is after standing in line for quite a while, while the tellers chitchatted with the customers in front of me. I don't think that it is unreasonable for a bank to make change as it did not even require a bank transaction, so why the self-imposed requirement for me to have an account? I was only going to break down less than $60. Wells Fargo will never have to worry about me opening any kind of account with them.

This branch has GREAT customer service i bank with Wells Fargo in port orange and was dropping my children off for a out of the country cruise and the cruise line notified me I needed a document notarized at the last minute I went to this branch and mrs Sheree Hill a employee for Wells Fargo stopped what she was doing and helped me with my problem went above and beyond to help me thanks again happy kids going on vacation

This review is for the wells fargo bank in cape canaveral. I haven't liked wells fargo for years for the way they handled cash card withdrawls for my son years ago but that ia another story. Several issues over the years but this is for this bank. My wife and I went in to open an account because we had just moved to Florida. We were going to transfer a lot of money from another bank. An account manager asked us if we had an appointment. This is while everyone but the tellers were sitting around doing nothing. In fact this individual was playing on his cell phone. I will never even consider this bank again. over the years there has been several issues but I won't elaborate on them. I will always go to a credit union. Do not trust WFB. The customer service people get rewards for talking people into programs they probably will never use. Sorry WFB

Worst Bank experience I've had in years.I USED to go in once a month to cash a check from a client. I've never had a problem (other than like most banks, always being understaffed since COVID) until today and my meeting the mgr L. Pimentel and the drive thru attendant (unknown). After presenting a small check written on your bank's check by your customer with no less than 5 forms of ID (including a state license) she refused to cash it. Because, I refused to sign the back of My debit/credit card from another bank (it's a security issue as far as I'm concerned). What is the purpose of checks if they can't be cashed? Should I be Required to have an account with every bank that I may receive a check from? I can see why banks are losing customers en masse. Courteous is most important according to your sign inside. To bad it's just advertising and has no meaning to your manager/employee at this location.

This branch has had terrible customer service for many many years. I called Libny the "manager" because Sabita made a mistake with a deposit and rather than apologizing to me I was made to feel it was my fault. Please train your tellers and "managers" to catch errors and be more respectful.

I always use the drive through, but was down.. Teller Sabina was discussing something not related to my account while talking with her hands with my check on her left hand..ha..I asked her if everything ok.. she gave me attitude saying she needs to do it in 2 transaction..all I said was I see a lot of talking..

Went in there to get a checking account at 4:08pm and there were 4 bankers in there just one customer and told me that couldn’t help me out today to com back next week Lol worst customer service ever..
