12/22/2023. Very close parking to the Cruise terminal and easy to find. Parking spots were easy to find. Busy day, 5 ships in port, so it was a 4c min wait for the bus, then a 30 min ride to being dropped off (due to traffic).There were 12, 24 and 48 person busses and vans being used to get to the port. Lines were about 30-50 people waiting (depending on the ship).I will update this review when we are leaving the terminal heading back to parking (12/30/23).

Excellent!!! I was not too sure parking at the lot outside. I was not all that thrilled that one must make a reservation. The lovely lady, who worked at the entrance helped me out with everything. I do not remember her name, for I was a way to excited to go on my cruise, but I was Departing on Dec 3rd. Thank you!!

We have always used Park Port Canaveral Cruise Parking and have been very happy with them until now. We had received a "Free Parking Reward" and decided to use it for a back to back cruise we were taking. Unfortunately, due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the first part of our back to back cruise. As soon as I found out, I contacted them to inform them of the situation to see if we could adjust the dates. It took several days before I was able to finally speak with someone. The girl I spoke with was very pleasant, however, she was not able to help me with the situation and said she would call me back the next day, but I never heard back from anyone there. It is now the day before we were scheduled to leave, so I called them again. The gentleman that I spoke with was extremely rude and short with me for the entire call. He told me that there was nothing they could do. When I got a little upset about his attitude and the fact that they couldn't help us out - he put me through to his boss. She nicely explained that once this "Free Parking Reward" is used, they can not change it and it cannot be used again. I would have understood this in the beginning, but now waiting to find this out now, the day before, is not cool. I have also been charged $8.03 for Port Canaveral Entry fee and that cannot be refunded either. I have looked through all of my documents that they have sent and it does not explain any of this information at all. Unfortunately, we will probably not utilize their services again which I mentioned, and they apparently do not care. BTW, we cruise about 5 to 10 times per year - so losing us as a customer must not be a big deal to them.

We cruise frequently and always parked in this place. Fast service, nice people, shuttles have enough spaces for luggage. On disembarkation day, shuttle arrives fast and frequently. We don’t have to walk or wait long lines to get out of the parking lot. Cheaper than the parking lot in the port . 100% recommended

Used this parking option for our 1st time out of Port Canaveral and we will never return. The lot itself is very close to the port and our car was safe but those are the only positive things to add. Waited almost 2 hours for a shuttle to the port, staff citing construction for the delay. Somehow our Uber driver was able to pick us up from the lot and get us to our terminal in 10 minutes. Staff gave no direction as to where the return shuttle would be and we stood around the port for 30 minutes before finally seeing the buses to the far left, the complete opposite direction of all other shuttles.

From start to finish, our stellar experience was very much appreciated! 2 people we must highlight are Jeffrey & Ed (Eduardo). Jeffrey took such wonderful care of us on the way to the port & made sure we were not only in the right spot to check in for our cruise but waited until we were safely on the sidewalk & sure of our surroundings. He worked so hard not only for us but all of his passengers! He's a keeper! Ed (Eduardo) was our savior when we got back. He was waiting for us with a warm smile & great conversation while we waited for others to join us. He is such a great guy with such positive energy! He was definitely a welcomed comfort from our exhausting trip (story for another time, ha!). He's definitely another keeper! Please let these 2 gentlemen know how much we appreciated them! Thank you overall for the exceptional service from beginning to end.

The parking space is very large however the amount of shuttles rotating to get to and from the port is terrible. We had over an hour and half wait time to leave to get to the port to embark and then upon arrival to get back to our car was the worst. The shuttles only fit 20 ppl at a time. Our group was the LAST to leave to get back to our cars out of the hundreds of ppl waiting for shuttles. For being such a nice space to park the service of the shuttles is beyond unexceptable.

We parked here for an October cruise on Disney and there were pros and cons to this location. The pros are that it is conveniently located, the shuttles ran fairly regularly, and there are even restrooms at the parking location. The biggest con we have, was the confirmation receipt stated that you show your receipt to enter the parking lot, then you drop off your luggage to a luggage valet and they assist with getting your suitcases out of your car then load the shuttle for you. Being a grandma and traveling with my sister, both of us really needed this assistance and planned to tip generously. When we pulled into the parking lot they seemed to not be aware of a valet service but told us we could find one of the guys in a blue shirt to ask for assistance. They seemed to be standing around talking to each other, so though we waited for a bit no one seemed available to help so we parked and then still could not find anyone to assist so we struggled with our luggage to the shuttle stop. In fairness when our shuttle arrived they did load for us so we were grateful and happy to tip for that. However on the return trip home there was no one at the parking location at all to assist with unloading. The shuttle driver was a petite woman about the same age as us and she said she would hand down bags but when she lifted mine, it got away from her and tumbled down the steps to the pavement. She offered to pay for anything broken inside but fortunately my souvenirs were packed careful and there was no damage, except the scuffs on my suitcase itself. Overall, would I use this location again, yes as long as I am not expecting baggage assistance.

Broken elevators, very disorganized boarding. Noticed elderly struggling trying to get to the welcome área, long lines without any shaded areas. Definitely needs updates immediately

Lots of parking space, all uncovered but great prices, with shuttle service to and from the ship. Very friendly staff. Online discount offered for early purchase, just print your receipt and bring it with you to give to the attendant upon entry to the lot.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the discount codes consistently provided especially if you cruise frequently, I would high suggest this service. The shuttles are nice and the staff handle the bags from when you arrive at the parking lot directly to the porters at the port. I will continue to use this service every time I sail out of Port Canaveral.

We used Park Port Canaveral when going on a cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line back in December 2022. We had to stand in the sun with no shade until a shuttle took us from the parking area to the cruise terminal. This took a little while but wasn’t terrible. It was the return trip from the cruise terminal back to our car that made us decide to never use this company again. As shuttles from other companies were continually picking people up and shuttling them back the their car, this company blamed the lack of shuttles on the traffic. Other customers using this company began to call Ubers to get back to their car instead of waiting on the shuttle. After standing in the hot sun for over two hours, we finally got on a shuttle back to our car. The staff wasn’t apologetic which added to our frustration. Although this company was cheaper than others, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Super friendly staff but they’re overworked and underpaid. Three lines to get in and pay but two of the automatic machines weren’t working. The attendant had to use her manual machine and run between two lanes constantly. Then ran out of receipt paper.This is an operation that could be highly simplified

During COVID, after our cruise got cancelled, I called several times to discuss a refund or a voucher. I left several voicemails and was never contacted back. Lesson learned. I honestly thought they had gone out of business. I actually got a promotional emails from them today. Hence the reason for such a late review.
