“This review is strictly on the ATM because I did not experience the customer service inside the building. In need of cash for an event in the area, I found my Chase Bank here. I am familiar with drive-thru ATMs, so I drove around looking for it. Sadly this location does not have one and I had to go inside. It does not bother me, but there was a conflict with cops in the parking lot up front. I was scared to get and go in. I ventured off inside to retrieve the cash from the ATM. I do not like these ATMs inside because I have to put my hand inside the machine. It slides open and forces you to put in your hand. My anxiety kicks into high gears because I am the one who thinks the machine will close chopping off my hand. I was safe. Convenient location for Chase Bank users and the use of the ATM machine. Plenty of parking and feels safe to get out.”
“So far, I am so happy I have switched banks. I am a new member and already made a few booboos with my account. Joanne has helped me a few times now. She is very courteous and nonjudgemental when I have messed up. My daughter has been a member for many years and speaks highly about all the branch ppl at Titusville, Fl location. “UPDATE: Launch was very receptive and released the funds. Bravo! 4 stars because it should have been easier than this.
I've had an account with Launch for 15 years. No problems, no overdrafts, thousands of dollars deposited every month.
I deposited an insurance check, and they decided to hold it for 9 business days. I went to Chase, the bank it was drawn on to verify that the check had been paid. It had. I went into Launch and waited for nearly an hour and was asked all kinds of questions about the nature of the check - personal information. At the end of it all, they decided to release $200 of the $1,000, making me wait the full nine business days for them to release the other.
Considering the length of time that I've had an account the amount of money that I deposit into this account each month and the fact that the check had been paid this is outrageous. I do not recommend this credit Union to anyone.”
“I have always loved Chase Bank. I just wish that my local branch would have one of the drive app ATM instead of having to go into the foyer of the building.In Florida, it's not too big. A deal except on days when it's raining.”

“Great bank but terrible customer service. I took out some money for rent the other day and told the lady how much I needed and what I wanted. Then somebody came over the speaker and said hi how can I help you and I said oh somebody is already helping me. Was too far to see her name but she had medium length blonde hair and rolled her eyes at me and so rude.just because you are behind glass doesn’t mean I can’t see you. Next time I go there I am definitely saying something!”

“Some Chase banks have just an ATM kiosk and a few employees. This branch is a full service bank with a counter and customer service bankers in cubicles. When we needed a mortgage for a home purchase a couple years ago, no banks would help us, not even our bank we had for years! But the mortgage specialist at Chase went out of her way to make sure we made it to closing and helped me all along the way. Today we opened a new account for our teen daughter and Tyler was very helpful and patient with us to explain everything. And the App is great- you can do practically everything without leaving home!”

“I've been with SunTrust, now Truist for almost 20 years and have never had an issue with them. No fees on my checking acct at all. Deposits go in easily and the ATM has always worked for me at any time, rain or shine. The staff have always been couteous to me. I recommend Trust completely!”
