Packed.Edit: Removing a star because the cancellation process is a pain. Maybe you are never ever suppose to cancel a gym membership idk. I use a gym offered through my work now so I don't need this membership anymore. To call some random number to have them send you a form via email then return it and finally cancel over the course of 30 days just seems to be a bit much. Otherwise, it still is a nice gym, and the people are great. Idk how packed it is anymore since I quit going so don't let my initial review deter you.

I loved the gym, but the harassment I received from other people there was embarrassing. I had staff members that followed me around and made it hard for me to enjoy the gym that I love. I was treated like I was the problem and I didn't do anything wrong. There were cameras there that never was used to corroborate the treatment I received. The I was told by the owner that I did things that i never did to anyone. It's so hurtful that people will lie on you just because you intimidate them with your drive in the gym. This hurt me so much as a person because I care about people and the way people treat you when you won't give them free game is absurd. No matter how many people go to your gym, you should treat all your guest with respect and for me that didn't happen.

Avery is awesome and very friendly, she helped me out a lot. how to use the vitality booth and what i get for paying certain amount of money on.

Terrible customer service, dirty equipment, ridiculous billing system that charges maintenance fees and other surprise fees. The “extras” like the salt booth are only available during limited hours and often not even working.I was walking on one of the treadmills when it suddenly stopped (very dangerous). No staff there to even address the issues.Do yourself a favor and use a different gym.

I found this gym while looking for a place to burn off the calories from my daily chocolate cake habit. The gym may be small and old school, but it has everything you need to get a good workout, including a friendly staff. And speaking of staff the girl who works there is a real gym angel. She showed me how to use the equipment without making me feel like a complete idiot. And the best part? The gym is so inexpensive that I can still afford to buy my daily chocolate cake. So if you're looking for a workout that won't break the bank this is the place to be.

The vibes and atmosphere are definitely old school powerlifting and bodybuilding but the equipment and facilities are always clean been working out here for years couldn’t think of going anywhere else

Joined the gym so my son could go. He doesn’t like it anymore so now it’s time to cancel after a year. The process to cancel is so cumbersome. I had a membership a few years back and don’t remember it being this hard to cancel. I think I went in and told them to cancel and they did. Easy peasy. Now you have to call a number and they have to call you back. Then you talk to someone to tell you they have to email a form for you to fill out and email back and then it should be canceled. ??♂️ 2 stars because my son he liked the gym but getting to crowded otherwise 1 star just because of the cancellation process.

The gym is decent. You get what you pay for though. 10/month makes the equipment lack. The bars need updating for sure. Like I said though. You get what you pay for
