This is by far the best service I've received in years. Multiple employees assisted me with a mail error i personally made. Folks like these give renewed faith in humanity. I am truly grateful for the assistance and kindness I received!

Always had problems with this post office. From mail carrier to going to post office to pickup.The postmaster, supervisor are unreasonable. They could careless. US Postal Service is horrible, thank goodness there are other delivery services

The Cantonment Post Office runs the mail in my neighborhood. Our mail is so very frequently delivered to the wrong address. A shame what has become of the USPS.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a post office. I ran in just before they were closing because I needed to figure out a missing package that stated it was delivered but I did not receive anything. Mr. Danny Cooks was super helpful and even stayed a bit after hours to assist me. Ms. Lavalda Johnson was also there and I can’t thank them enough for the help, (I’m going off the email that was sent to me with the requested confirmation of false delivery. If I misnamed either of you, I apologize. Just trying to give credit where credit is due.) What they did saved me $300. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

I had a package that I needed to return. The guy at the front was racist I feel. I did not appreciate being belittled and made fun of. I have never returned a package before and it was all new to meBut he talked to me like I was stupid. He needs to watch how he talks to people or one day he will make the wrong person mad. Do your job and talk less. A lot less!

This post office misplaced a package I had delivered to my PO box. They said they accidentally put it in the wrong box.I paid $417.10 for this package and they are telling me that there is nothing they can do about their negligence. I am very disappointed in the lack of care on the part of this post office management team.

I received an RA for an online purchase. I went to my local post office to ship out the package they do not have the ability to print out their own USPS shipping label… Where can I get it printed “I don’t know, maybe the library”… Reached out to the customer service line, the same stellar service … To bad one star lowest review rating, they deserve so much less…

I ordered a hoodie from Champion and it said it was delivered to the Cantonment post office on 12-09-22 I waited and waited but alas! Never received it I called the Cantonment post office on 12-17-22 spoke to a lady she didn’t ask me for any information like tracking # or my name and address she just said to me that the package was not there that made me suspicious she didn’t even try to check then I called champion customer service and they said that the parcel was at the Cantonment office so it makes me wonder how many more packages go missing at that office I am totally disappointed as that was for a very special person for Christmas and the sad thing about it is that champion are out of stock with that hoodie Cantonment Post Office you need to scrutinize your sorting staff better !!!!

Employees for the federal government are the best. Bro you don't have to holler and spit food. I don't work here so no I don't understand the different ways to ship a box.

The front workers today were rude. I didn't have a tone or a complaint, but the lady next to me even commented that the female worker had an attitude. I use this post office regularly and do not appreciate the way i was treated today!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I just had a package delivered, or should I say, THROWN, at my front door. The postal service box AND the item box inside of it were both damaged due to the mail carrier's actions. I have only lived here for one week and this is not looking good for the local mail service.

I go in 3 to 4 times a week to drop off pkgs , all the employees are great with me and I've seen them go above and beyond with other customers and myself. When it gets busy and it's backed up out the door and the customers don't know what they are supposed to fill out before getting to the counter is when I've seen tempers boil on the customers side of things , it is a small area to fill out paperwork as the service area is cramped up.
