Why do they not take past due or present payments been trying for 4 days to make payment. But because my email isnt working they wont take a payment .plus because i was short 5 bucks they wont take past payment. Ive got money on card but they refuse

Easy to get unit on the internet. Bought my unit immediately received my information and gate code. Went to facility and got in. Easy to find my unit.

Claude was phenomenal!!! I had a bit of an issue with one of the storage companies I was trying to get in contact with and they were completely trying to rip me off. Claude took the time to listen and help me the absolute best he could!!! Gave me a way better deal than the other one and worked with me!!! Was extremely kind, patient, and a very understanding. 10/10 what an asset to the company.

Leasing a unit was a very simple process. We leased one at the same location before and we were very pleased. The only negative thing was my daughter and I went to drop a few things off and we were both inside the unit and the door started to come down she is scared of the dark so she started panicking. I pushed the door up and went to turn on the light but the knob for the light wasn’t working and I looked up and there was no bulb. For a unit larger than 5x5 there should be lighting(we had lighting before in our unit)! When I called to ask about it she said I can move you to a different unit I said perfect but then her attitude completely changed and said this location is under new ownership and they no longer provide lighting. I think if I’m paying close to $100 a month that should be enough to cover light in the unit for the small amount of time we spend there. The only other thing was the smell, since I purchased a climate controlled unit it’s inside and it smells very musky

The place was great password went work but I called the number and they gave me a temporary password to get in other night everything was wonderful The lady who helped me set up everything was excellent great

Excellent Service!! After a short phone call today, I was able to find out what’s day I could move out my unit and not be charged the next months amount. Set up a move out date, and Akela was able to schedule my move out date & confirm my method of payment was taken off Auto pay so I would not be charged. Thanks Akela!

There needs to be a negative-star review, one is too good for this place. My unit was broken into, my stuff was stolen, and there was a homeless drug addict living in the unit across the hall from mine, whom Escambia County Sheriffs Department had to remove by force. 'Nuff said?

Michael at Red Dot is awesome always a great help. My husband Johnny Stanley and I have 3 storage lots outside and area is always clean grass cut all in all my belongings are safe and always easy to get to.
