“Ever since I replaced my wipers, I haven’t been able to see barely when it rains. I’ve returned them & bought different ones & still, major streaks every time it rains no matter what I do. Tried rain repellent stuff & all. Went back again today to see if maybe a different brand would do. Thankfully O’reilly keeps track of purchases. He made a face when he looked at my profile, then went out to look at the wipers. Come to find out, the newer Toyota windshields are arced more. The blades are not touching the glass all the way across, making them skid/drag across the windshield, creating a smeared/streaked affect. I’m being sent to the dealership to get Toyota blades & then I have to come back to receive a refund on the ones I bought from O’Reilly. O’Reilly has always gone above & beyond & that’s why I love them. They don’t care they’re about to lose some money, they take care of the customer as top priority. ❤️ So So thankful they figured it out Lol I’ve been driving basically blind when it rains. ?”
