“I used this post office for passport services because it's in a somewhat rural setting and I thought the service would be quicker than a post office in Ocala. Quick? It sure was. I had an appointment, and was waited on promptly. Dianne, the postal clerk was so polite and professional. She reviewed my application, informed me on the rest of the process, and told me to stop back if I had any questions. Five star service, for sure.”
“I spoke with Julie after a package was mistakenly delivered to a wrong address. She was so kind and tried to get ahold of the delivery driver to try and get the package back to deliver it to my house and when she couldn't get in contact with the driver she personally left the office and went to go retrieve my package and deliver it to my door step!! She was the only agent up front helping people and she did her job efficiently and with a friendly demeanor. I was scared to use this office with all the bad reviews, but my experience was pleasant and there was little to no wait time.”
“Never in my life have I written a review about a post office, but after the good service I received here, I had to write a public thank you note.I came here a few days before Christmas to ship some things on a Saturday morning, and I got here about 25 minutes before they opened at 8:30 am.Two workers saw me in the parking lot and they said, “ma’am, you can come in now, and we’ll help you.”This was 25 minutes before they opened!!I laughed, and said, “thank you so much! I am here to send off some packages for Christmas!”Then one of the workers came over and said “ma’am, can I help you with the packages?”I drove up here from my home 30 minutes away because this is the only post office that opens at 8:30 AM on Saturday, but this may be my new favorite post office for everything. I am still in shock that they opened 25 minutes early just to accommodate an elderly woman trying to ship things out for Christmas.There are no words to say how grateful I am for their kindness and thoughtfulness.”
“I was afraid to go to this location due to all the negative reviews, however, this post office is the closest to me so I took a chance. What a pleasant surprise! The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! I have been there twice to mail packages to Canada and have been first in line both times (arriving between 11:00 am and noon). Please don’t believe all the negative reviews - you owe it to yourself to check this post office out for really good service and loads of parking!”
