“We had an issue with a flip phone, less than one year old. Shayne confirmed the phone would NOT ring, told us how to send it in for a replacement, AND activated an extra phone we had. He was SO pleasant and helpful!! 100% would recommend him.”
“Staff is always super friendly and helpful. However, they need to up sell a little differently. Grabbing a huge stack of stuff ringing it up, then talking like it's a great deal, when some things won't even work with your phone. Twice now I've gotten a wireless charger and my phone doesn't have that capability. Employees need to know their phones better. Stop selling people stuff they can't even use. A bit disappointed with the lack of product knowledge.”
