Our salesman Caleb was very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain well all the details of our sale and answer all our questions. Highly recommend. This is the second mattress we've purchased from mates firm. Good deals and quality products.

Ryder was the person who helped us and was a wonderful sales associate. We had worked with another salesperson who he made sure that got credit for the sale. Even though this was not his sale he spent a lot of time with us and we really liked him.
