George has managed this place, built a career
On top of having manners and a listening ear
Always on top of old and new games, far or near
Familiar with release dates
Able to tolerate game debates
Their Switch demos never in a vegetative state
And I like the loyalty points and discount rates
Even if the stock market wasn't rigged
And GameStop wasn't in a conspiracy so big
This place has gotta be a gem to the big wigs
Because it's been serving me since we were kids

This place is awful and the employees are mostly awful. Prices are crazy and wait times are worse. Nobody wants to help you act like they can't wait for you to leave. Won't come back here

Walked into your store and heard nothing the F bombs from staff and their friends standing at the counter with my 11 year old. Unacceptable. Been a member of yours for years and years since the original Xbox when you guys first came out not cool.

Awesome employees at this location!! Super helpful, great customer service, and did not gate keep pokemon information. Will be doing all future gamestop purchases here. Andrew is the only name I remember but they were all friendly!

Went into to the Callaway GameStop with my son, to upgrade his Nintendo Switch to the OLED version. Courtney was the best! We got what we wanted, plus a GameStop membership for free, saved $62 and she went above and beyond by flawlessly applying his new screen protector. We'll definitely be shopping here again

Went here to see some cards they had, and the worker there was super friendly, and super awesome! Really nice, professional, and very helpful. Got what we were looking for and more, unfortunately don't remember his name but he was working there at around 12:30pm, and had longer hair. Wonderful employee!

What a glorious man the cashier was. He was a total homie and helped us get some glorious pokemon cards so we could battle each other. Best time at gamestop I've ever had.
