Pharmacy staff has NO PERSONALITY, rude most times. They do not check for prescriptions sent from doctors often either. It has been, by far the WORST pharmacy I have dealt with. Wonder why the owner or manager hasn’t handle the situation seeing how many complaints have come before me. I suppose they do not care ??♀️ suppose I should go back to paying out of pocket at a better pharmacy (which I was doing to avoid this bs before I decided to give it a try). Operations manager of pharmacy is also not willing to take an extra step to ensure her customer is safe, happy and well. She don’t enjoy her job, NASTY attitude, absolutely shocked she is a manager!!!!! Ashamed of Walgreens, the owner and franchise that they allow this!

I wouldn't recommend the pharmacy. The girls in the pharmacy act like you're annoying them by asking medicine related questions as if it's not their job. I, unfortunately, had to go twice in two days to get a refill on a script(I'm also from out of town) the the first girl, Hailey, was rude for no reason with the worst attitude and she was genuinely annoyed when I asked questions about why I couldn't refill my script and what my next steps were. Went back the following day in the drive through to actually pick up my script and it was a different lady who wouldn't give me her name but same to a and attitude and wouldn't answer any questions. Luckily I don't live close to here so I will never have to use this location again.

First time coming here to fill a prescription. First off the lady made me come in for no reason. She was capable of getting all the necessary details needed in the drive thru. They opened at 8 and we sat around until 805 before being acknowledged. Then asked to come in after 10 minutes of arguing she couldn't find my prescription. If she had some common sense, she would've just called over to the pharmacy that transferred it. Second no prescriptions were ready after they were transferred last night. It was transferred before closing. Third idiots work here. The staff and management have no common sense, people skills, or even know how to work a computer. Management rolled her eyes after I asked her why is she still talking to me rather than filling my prescriptions I asked for yesterday. If she took a moment and used her common sense we'd be over and done with. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS across the street. You'll thank me later. Not only does CVS get s*** done but they will go above and beyond to help.
