The first time I went was ok. Requested lowlights were ignored. This time they were put in thick and chunky and away from root. Formula I brought in was ignored the second time as my hair pulled red. I was told I was getting partial highlights and color when I wanted full then charged what I was before with full and color. Yes, I got partial and was charged for full!! I have bands and bleach patches in random places. Color nowhere NEAR root. My eyebrows were crooked and I had to pay elsewhere to fix. I have to live with the bad dye job as I was ripped off. No I'm sorry for even the eyebrows. Messages ignored. Pictures were taken day of.

Can I just say that I made an appointment to get my hair done here because of a drive by and saw the sign, these women are amazing and they care about you and what they are doing to your hair and I will recommend them to all of my friends that live in the Local area. Cynthia did my hair and she was just the sweetest soul and I was lucky enough to meet Dana the owner. As I was leaving, They listened to my story, My hair looked amazing, and they are a keeper.
