STAY AWAY!!! Purchased this unit April 2020. Roughly six months later, my rate was increased. I spoke with management ("Beth"), and she could not tell me why. I asked if she foresee any more increases in the year she could not give me a definite answer. My patronage would have ceased that day. Well...lookie here!...just got an email from them today (Sunday Mar 7) that states my rates are going up again. So in one year (Apr 2020 to Apr 2021), two price increases at a total of 57%. Guess we trying to capitalize on stimulus checks, can't fault them for that. Not recommending this company to anyone...EVER. Use another company.

The front desk staff are very friendly and polite, good people. They answer questions via phone or email quickly and fully. The company itself, terrible. Unless locked into a contract, rates change with no real notice(less than 30 days) often. If you sign a contract, you pay a penalty for leaving early.

Stopped by to inquire about renting a unit. I stored here years ago and enjoyed the staff. They didn't have the size I needed but Lena and Elliot were very kind and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a storage shed. 5 stars from me!
