I needed a new SIM card for my phone. Mike was extremely helpful and polite. He spoke as he worked and walked me through the process. He also made sure my phone worked after the service was complete. Thank you so much for your kindness ??

Albert over charged me for a new phone and now they're trying to charge me an $80 restocking fee to return it. Also, I just found out that Albert used my phone to write a positive review for himself on Google under my name without my knowledge. That is extremely shady. I DO NOT recommend this individual or this location!
