I dropped off 2 UPS packages at this CVS. The store manager, John, was the one who helped me. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. I never got a text receipt even though he told me that I'd get it within an hour. This is strange because when the girls there do it, I get the receipt instantly. I'm glad that I took a photo of the packing slip because there was a dispute over the package's recept and I would've been screwed if I didn't have it. John's incompetence could have cost me $200. I'm going to ship my packages elsewhere now.

Worst pharmacist I ever had to deal with. She cannot handle her job and should not be employed. Have never had a good experience with her in 2 yrs. Do not recommend. Only one staff member seems to know what he is doing as well. Terrible pharmacy.

Was helped by Nancy. I observed as she was helpful and caring to multiple customers, patient, responsive, and very sweet and attentive, even though she was busy with multiple customers. She helped me get my passport photos taken, she was very keen on making it look good and passable. Such a good worker! :)

I did not pick CVS as my pharmacy, my medication was switched when Winn Dixie Pharmacy was sold. Now I suffer between the CVS app which never shows any of my medications to going in this store. I have personal never cared for CVS since the day they opened doors in New Jersey. Now we have only this pharmacy in Bushnell, Florida & it’s horrible. Ready to switch to Walmart pharmacy where there is no hassles & a website that works. I need a list of how many refills I have before I go back to Doctors June 4th. Thanks for a useless website.

The store is clean and bright and it had a welcoming feel. The staff was nice. Pricing was decent, with a few surprise deals that I couldn't pass up. I will definitely choose this store over the competition if the need arises.

They no longer answer the phone. They only return a call if you leave a message. Liz was very rude when she returned the call. I'm sure she is sick of hearing that customers want to speak with a pharmicist not leave a message. Publix will be my new pharmacy. Not a fan of the leave a message only policy.
