This store has really gone down hill. A year ago it was a fun place to shop. The last few times, no one will help you you are basically ignored. You are not treated like a valued customer! I spent about $500 in the last year shopping there. Today I went in to buy a ton of winter clothes and drop some cash. When I walked in no acknowledgement so I picked out a large stack of clothes to try on and walked up to dressing room by myself and was met with a sign dressing rooms closed. So I asked the girl at the desk she barely looked up and said yes due to covid. How the heck am I supposed to buy jeans or tops if I cant they them on? Especially at this store since the sizes and quality differ alot from one item to the next. The energy in the store has been negative today was the last straw. I will drive to Clermont to Tampa or shop online.
