do not use this pharmacy. Representative/pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. My doctor called in a medication twice which was never filled and the pharmacy never contacted me or my doctor to state that they were never going to fill it. Representative at the pharmacy hung up on me when questioning their process. I would not trust my prescriptions with this pharmacy. Worst experience ever.

I live in Miami and this is my second refill from this company. The package was intact and I like the reminders for supply replenishing. I was skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews but thought I would share my positive and speedy experiences. I appreciate the consistent service from Bushnell Pharmacy!

Manager Jessa M.was absurdly rude and utterly unhelpful. My prescription was damaged (smashed) when it arrived and Bushnell pharmacy told me that it was FedExs problem and if I wanted to get my prescriptions again they would be the full price without insurance. So I called FedEx and opened a claim. FedEx required a shipping waiver from Bushnell and Bushnell “claimed” to have sent it, but FedEx never received it. FedEx told me to have Bushnell send me the letter so I could submit it on their behalf. Jessa M. flat out refused to send me the shipping letter because “they already sent it to FedEx and that’s no longer their problem”. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of resources to escalate my claim to.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and compassion of Jessa and Jack at Bushnell pharmacy. They have both gone above and beyond keeping me informed of any med changeconcerns, possible interactions and just keeping a general eye on my dad.I understand why my parents chose to retire around the small town friendliness of this area and I am so grateful for people like Jack and Jessa.

Bushnell Pharmacy in Florida is amazing! Courtney and Christian were super helpful and knowledgeable about my prescription. I live in Miami and my prescription was called in at 5pm and arrived the next day via STAT Courier Services at 10am. Free shipping too! Highly recommended!

Phenomenal Customer ServiceI've worked with Julie over the past couple months for my prescription. Each time my doctor has sent in the prescription she's gotten back to me either the same day or the next morning.Additionally- when my insurance changed their rates with Bushnell, Julie went above and beyond to find another pharmacy that was willing to work with me and decrease my co-pay.It's so refreshing to have a pharmacy that follows up like this and personally makes sure they do everything they can to help the customer... Even when they couldn't help me anymore, they made sure to find another pharmacy that could. Awesome job!

Terrible customer service and poor attention to detail. Guaranteed me my prescription would arrive before leaving town, then they sent it to another pharmacy who didn't send it until the day I left town. Wouldn't accept responsibility, wouldn't apologize. And I still can't get my prescription because it has already been processed and sent.. Hours spent on the phone with them and continuously disconnected.
