“We have driven by Badcock Home Furniture & More many times although we didn’t have a need to stop for furniture until today.

We live full time in our motor home and our over-the-range microwave needed to be replaced. A leading big box store does not install microwaves in a motor home but we were fortunate that Whirlpool also recommended Badcock.

Off we went. Owner, John, and Sales Associate, AJ, were quick to greet us, assist us, suggest models that would work for us and answer our questions about our unique installation. John also consulted his employee, Justin, for his advice and opinion.

John and Justin even went out to John’s motorhome on property to see how the microwave was installed for an example. John returned to draw us a picture showing the typical installation of an over-the-range microwave oven in a motorhome. This kind of attention and care means a lot to us; you rarely find service like this in a retailer and we felt confident in our purchase.

We made arrangements for the delivery and installation (by a third party vendor) which also includes removal of the old microwave. Before we realized that the removal was included, AJ said he’d take our old microwave to the local dump. How thoughtful.

We left Badcock with relief and trust that this investment will be handled with care.
