I had to go get my plate and items out of the car at the yard the other day and had the nicest interactions with Melissa and Don while there. I couldn't get into my trunk due to the battery being disconnected (and destroyed) and they went out of their way to help get it open for me. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I needed assistance after a crappy situation.
