I highly recommend this storage facility! I have been a customer for 10 years or more (I’ve lost count ?) whilst growing my business! The staff and manager have always been so pleasant and helpful with handling any issues that may arise! They really take pride in proper and frequent maintenance around the facility, safety and customer satisfaction! I love this particular facility, because it’s centrally located for my business to continue to thrive! If you’re in need of a secure, safe and gated storage facility, LOOK NO FURTHER!! ?

It would be nice if you didn't have to drive through the inconvenience of a maid service directly in front of the gate every day, sticks out like an eyesore & I think it's bad for business and unprofessional. Unless they would contribute to the cleanliness of the property.

Raised my rent approximately 10%. I do not feel that is justified . Inside climate control is at 82 degrees most days. A previous storage facility I was at was always 75 or under. Bathroom has also been out of service for almost a year. There was people living in their storage units also inside and outside. Took the kick stops off the doors which is very inconvenient if you have a lot to put or take out of h hstorage. Carts for loading and unloading are not allowed to be used outside which makes no sense if you have a lot to take inside or out . Bathroom still not working for probably a year and half to two years . They said one reason for rent increase was sewage. . I’ve been at my unit multiple times and have had to use the bathroom and had to leave, so I end up just wasting my time as I do run a business and use storage unit for that . Nobody responds here I guess so I will be calling corporate.

Plenty of Space to park, easy access for all vehicles, fro. Sm. Car to Largest Uhaul truck, & Motor Homes.Very Well Lit & Safe. Helpful Staff, love this place.

This was by the far the best experience I have had with any business ever! Customer Service was outstanding. The pricing was spot on. Candace at the front desk was helpful, polite, and understanding with all of our questions. I will be referring anyone who asks to this storage facility.

Used this storage facility to hold my homes items for a year. The climate control area is well kept and neat, and the workers were always friendly. There are plenty of furniture carts for ease of moving.
