We had a large RV and were beginning to despair of ever finding a place that was affordable. I called istorage in Bunnell on a Saturday afternoon and actually got a live person on the phone who was so efficient. They had a great price and everything I required. Even though it's 30 miles from my house, I signed up because they were so helpful. And Cliff in the office is a wonderful person!

They were really nice and helpful. They even held a shed for me for about 2 weeks just off of one conversation with me. Theu tool a risk not knowing if I was gonna take the unit or not. Very friendly on the phone both times I spoke to someone. And alot cheaper in price then the last place I was renting from.

I have rented 2 units here for the past few months. One for personal and one for business. When I needed a second unit and wasn't sure of the size I needed, the property manager Sue gave me a print-out with the available units that were open and told me to pick out the one I needed before I even signed anything or paid for the unit! This was immensely helpful as I was able to choose the best unit for my needs and also close to my other unit. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff here and the price has been very competitive compared to other storage units in the area. I plan on using iStorage for any of my storage needs going forward.

Cliff was having one of “those” days, we’ve all had em, but he didn’t let a bad day with systems down and customers calling non stop ruin his day. We walked in looking for a different spot to store our boat, no problems at all, he got us in and out the door in no time, all with a few great stories and some really good laughs. Sue- high five- way to go- you’ve got Cliff well trained!!! Thanks again Cliff.
