“Such a great experience!! Amber was EXTREMELY friendly and personal with me and my partner. I was scared to go into the store because I didn't want to get haggled and kept there for hours on end trying to be sold something I was not interested in. But amber was considerate of our time and got us through the entire process in maybe 30 minutes! She brought out and showed me all of my different options with their pros and cons. I ended up getting the iPhone 14 pro max and I couldn't be happier. To top it off she even offered to put the screen protector on for me. Obviously I don't need another phone now but the service was so great I would go there just for fun. 10/10 experience thank you again amber :)”

“This store is understaffed. I arrived 30 min. before opening on a Monday. 2nd in line, by 10 min to opening, there were 10 people in line. As we moved inside, there were just two associates assisting while one was greeting. By 10:10, the store had approximately 22 people inside waiting for their turns. Overwhelming. Needs more associates.”

“I had a new Motorola 5G phone that had Straight Talk service. When Verizon bought out Straight Talk they said they could no longer get my NEW phone into the network. I went to the Cricket Store in Bunnell and the young man there, Kylon, had the phone unlocked and new service on it in record time. And sold me an awesome skull Bluetooth speaker as well! It says a lot about a company when they tell you they can't get your phone into the network, then lock it out. Unbelievable.. Thanks so much to Kylon and a professional reputable company.”
