“Such a great experience!! Amber was EXTREMELY friendly and personal with me and my partner. I was scared to go into the store because I didn't want to get haggled and kept there for hours on end trying to be sold something I was not interested in. But amber was considerate of our time and got us through the entire process in maybe 30 minutes! She brought out and showed me all of my different options with their pros and cons. I ended up getting the iPhone 14 pro max and I couldn't be happier. To top it off she even offered to put the screen protector on for me. Obviously I don't need another phone now but the service was so great I would go there just for fun. 10/10 experience thank you again amber :)”

“This store is understaffed. I arrived 30 min. before opening on a Monday. 2nd in line, by 10 min to opening, there were 10 people in line. As we moved inside, there were just two associates assisting while one was greeting. By 10:10, the store had approximately 22 people inside waiting for their turns. Overwhelming. Needs more associates.”

“Longtime Cricket subscriber and of all the stores I have been to this Bunnell store is the best due to Eddie!!!
He went above call of duty to assist me with switching phones and he is exceptionally awesome at his job and Customer Service Skills!!! The world needs more Eddies and he should be awarded for it.
