Andre is a man of lies and deceit!!! He takes people’s devices and does not return, with these devices it has people’s information on it and he takes their info off their phone and uses it for his own!!!! Do not do business with Andre instead report him to Better Business Bureau to get rid of his “business.”

the owner, andre, catfishes women on snapchat and when he is confronted about it, he continuously reports you on snapchat until you are locked out of your account. that in itself, makes me not want to do business with this man.

Took my laptop in in September because it would not turn on. After approximately 10 days, he diagnosed the problem as a faulty port and maybe cable. I decided to replaced both to be safe. A few weeks passed before I finally got an answer about the repair. He said the motherboard was bad. A few more weeks passed and I was told the wrong part was sent and had to be reordered. A few more weeks passed, now we're at Thanksgiving, and still no laptop or reason why. After a few more weeks, middle of December, I'm stopping by the store, it's closed with a note they moved. I call the number, it's not set up. For the next few months I would try to call or write. I received one message back dating he had been in the hospital and was trying to get caught up. A few more weeks later, no more communication, no laptop, no return of any of the money I paid, nothing. Total silence. Avoid at all costs.

I hired andrea to consign my ipad PAD PRO (2021) 11" 2TB and my iphone 12 mini. he kept them for 6 months with tons of excusses never paid me a dime back and just basicaly stole them from me. Do not trust this company with your devices if you want them or your money back.

Stopped by yesterday, yes, open Sundays, another plus, needed a plug for an old Panasonic video camera. Andre was very helpful and found the plug I needed so that I can transfer the videos to MP4 files. Thank you Andre at High Tech Solutions. Excellent and friendly service, and reasonably priced.

Only took 30 minutes to replace my charger port and instead of $200 which is what the other place wanted to charge he only charged $60, so y’all definitely need to come here if your phone has issues. Also a very cool man working there very relaxed environment.

I took my son’s I pad in to get a cracked screen replaced. I was not greeted at the door and was like “hello?” Andre was camped behind his desk and said it would take a day or two. A few days passed and we had not heard anything. Because he made us pay upfront (red-flag) we called the number on the receipt and he was rude to my wife “how did you get this number?”. I had to keep calling to get an update. Two weeks later I finally picked it up…. And now the home button does not work. Poor communication, and poor service.

I had many pictures on my old tablet and had no way to transfer them to a flash drive. Andre was able to put them on a flash drive for me within a couple of days. So happy I found him. Any future issues with my devices I will go back to High Tech Solutions. Thank you Andre!
