Furniture Leisure deserves a glowing review! I recently ordered a bench from them in memory of my dear friend who passed away at the age of 15, and I couldn't be happier with their service. I want to give a special shout out to Kyle, one of their amazing sales representatives. He was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to go over all the details with me in a friendly and helpful manner. I really appreciated his dedication and the way he made sure the bench would be delivered to my house by the specific date I needed. I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from Furniture Leisure. They truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality furniture and outstanding customer support.

Good customer service and quick delivery. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the holes in the support bar was messed up so we had to work on it to make it work.

We ordered lounges and chairs for our HOA pool and the process was truly enjoyable and easy! Kyle was great to work with, informative, fast and fun. Our furniture arrived when expected and was in perfect condition and the protective packing was genius !! Our residents are thrilled with how beautiful the furniture is and the quality is exceptional ! I was pleasantly surprised with all of my interactions with the staff at Furniture Leisure. My correspondence with Kyle, billing with Diana Charlene, and Alexandra and delivery coordination and follow-up with Laurie exceeded all of my expectations for a fairly large purchase for my hotel. Although the lounge chairs were ordered late, they were delivered ahead of the promised delivery date and in-time for the holiday weekend. The chairs look very nice and are extremely comfortable. I look forward to the opportunity to work with the team at Furniture Leisure again.

Top quality product. Well designed with excellent materials. Great price. The only issue was with the shipping. There was no advance notification from the carrier and the tracking number was wrong. Even so I would order from them again.

The delivery came in a prompt manner, and they even called me to personally follow up with my satisfaction. Most companies never make personal calls these days, so it was a welcomed surprise.
