They don't ever seem to have the parts I need. They order them but takes a couple days. The customer service is good.

I'm a home owner without a clue about irrigation. Joel walked me through how the system works and answered all my questions. He tested the parts that I bought in and it turned out the parts were still good. Excellent experience, I would highly recommend FIS Outdoor. The staff at FIS in Bunnell are by far superior to any supply house I have been to. Always helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and always seems to have what I've needed in stock. You cannot beat their customer service. They will always have my business
