Tammy always does a great job on my hair, patiently listening to my ideas and explaining the pros and cons of what to do. She is extremely knowledgeable about color and cut and never disappoints!

This place is a SCAM. They take your credit card information over the phone, book you an appointment. Then they send you to some location where they aren't there....and charge your credit card. DO NOT BOOK with this company. An Asian lady is the culprit.

I tried to call and set up an appointment and accidentally said make up instead of hair (i'm getting both done but by different salons) and the lady was so rude and cut me off talking about "We don't do makeup sorry" and as i was in the middle of trying to correct myself she hangs up on me and i tried to call back and was sent to voicemail 3 TIMES ! This place is so unprofessional and rude to potential customers and all i did was accidentally ask to set up a makeup appointment instead of saying hair appointment AND how am i supposed to know you guys don't do make up if the name is Drop Dead Gorgeous Hair AND Makeup

Called this place and the chick on the phone asks for my credit card# for a future appointment? Now I read all the reviews and saw youtube videos I'm so freaking happy I hung up. Avoid this place all the bad reviews are all true. Next time I will check reviews. Really blew my LA trip.

Literally the worst experience of my life. I called to book a week in advance and this "Goldie" was SO rude on the phone. I can't even begin to explain how rude she was, but it looks like there are a lot of long time customers so I just made the appointment and tried to stick with it. I understand needing to hold card information for if someone doesn't come to the appointment, because it is your time that could be wasted.. BUT charging the card 4 days BEFORE the appointment? Come on. I still didn't say anything, just kept my appointment. *BUT* the DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT I get a text from "Goldie" that stated. "Appointment canceled." That was it. That was the whole text. My card has already been charged and this is the text I get? I call and no one answers. I still have not heard anything and it has been a few weeks. I had to call my bank and claim fraud and get a new card and everything. Such an inconvenience!!! NEVER GO HERE. PLEASE don't give your card information to these scam artists! I bet this lady has never done hair or makeup in her life and this whole business is just a scam!

Ok guys - common sense - if a person who YOU DON'T KNOW is asking for your credit card info DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM (or make up the information). This place is a scam (look at the "photos" associated with this business - do any of them look like actual customers sitting in a salon?): from the no caller info, to charging your card before your services, to saying they left a voicemail (when they didn't) and then saying they can resend you the voicemail - like girl, how the hell do you "resend a voicemail" . Anyway don't do business here and rule of thumb if they want your credit card info DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM

If I could give it zero stars I would. I watched the YouTube video made about it & called to make a appointment and they were trying to get my credit card info and told me they would charge before the actual appointment. DO NOT GO HERE, I repeat.. DO NOT GO HERE. They're also removing reviews they don't agree with

They charged my credit card days before I even had the service done. Why tho? Can't you just put A HOLD? No need to physically charge me.
