Our AC was not working and Atec sent Luis out after his last call late on the evening before we were due to depart Florida. He quickly diagnosed our HVAC and gave us multiple appropriate remediation choices based on his expert assessment. Within a week we have an entirely new HVAC. Luis and the ATEC team did a great job communicating, sending pictures and ensuring we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend ATEC for your HVAC needs.

A Tec is a phenomenal company! Last night our AC lines were freezing up and they sent out Louis first thing in the morning to help us. Louis did an awesome job at finding the issue right away and explaining how he was going to fix it.Not only that but my daughter is always in the mood to lend a helping and, Louis didn’t hesitate to let her be the flashlight holder! As you can see, she was into it!Once again A Tec went above and beyond to make us feel like family and keep our house cool!Service: A/C system repair

This company could not be more responsive to my needs. I had a major repair on my unit. I called them. They came right out, handled the situation after trying to deal with two other companies that both failed the two ladies in the office made it happen I highly recommend this company and again I want to praise the two ladies in the office because they are the people that made this transaction happen And I thank them all from the bottom of our heart. It’s not fun to be without air and when you need it, you need it and I will not ever deal with any of those other companies again they have my business and that is from my heart.Thanks Brian for taking care of us we truly appreciate you and your staff

I had an interesting issue with my dryer vent duct and I contacted Atec for help. They were super responsive and was able to send TJ out on a Friday afternoon before a holiday. We was on time and understood what needed to be done. My problem was fixed within 30 minutes. The service was great and I am looking forward to a long partnership with Atec.

Atec = Caring Customer ServiceFortunately, I noticed a 2° change in indoor temps. But it was 5pm! Knowing that Jasper’s 90yo and we are disabled, rather than schedule us for the next day, Atec had Matt at our house within a half hour since Matt had just ended a call. He came, he saw, he fixed. Thank you, Matt! Thanks to all from original contact on. Everyone was so nice and efficient - before Jasper even realized there was an issue.
