Mrs Daphine is the greatest. Very polite and always helpful and courteous. We live in Jacksonville and choose Bryceville Post Office for our deliveries because we finally have someone we can rely on to get our correct mail on time.

The government tells them to give bad service as an excuse to privatize the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE, so they can quadruple the price of your mail and still get bad service if not worse just like they've been doing with the schools and the prisons

This post office is terrible, the postal delivery person doesn't even attempt to drop your package off at your door if it doesn't fit in the mailbox, even if you don't have a gate and can drive onto your property. The mailbox door is left open 90% of the time and when it rains our mail gets soaked. If you call the office and talk to the worker at the office he has an attitude like it's your fault. You don't get your mail half the time and get other peoples mail.
