Anytime I place a pickup order they always say half my order is unavailable and each time I go I go inside the store to check myself and I always find my items. It’s insane. Why is pickup an option when lazy workers are going to just claim all items are unavailable.

Bought a phone from the electronics section under the assumption it would work on Verizon. As it would turn out it was locked to AT&T, and I was given a new phone number and plan I did not ask for. The employee there claimed he could not cancel the line and process the return. Had to go to an actually AT&T store to get a refund processed, still struggling to actually cancel the line as a passcode was placed on the account without my knowledge.

I walked up to a #walmart associate to ask a question and she ignored me 100% I was even standing next to her and she completely ignored me even when I was polite and she had no headphones and I spoke multiple times politely... SMH I tried, but she deserved being told to go screw herself... same for #Walmart you created that environment, that's why I prefer #Amazon..... shameful experience. I don't even like leaving comments

Tried to return an item box was opened but box was still in good shape and item inside was not used. Patricia from customer service would not do the return even though I had my proof of purchase with me. This is the first time a Walmart has ever denied my return with open box and proof of purchase. She told me to go to the store I bought the items at. So she is ok with me going to the Walmart I bought the stuff at and do the return but not hers. All she's doing is wasting my time

Rude management, I am 22 years old and they snatch my wine bottle out of my hand when I went to pay and told me I can’t buy my wine since the girl next to me didn’t have her Id even tho I DID NOT come nor KNEW her. Then followed me when I went to grab a new bottle and go to another register since the girl I DIDNT know left and she followed me and told a male worker to not let me get the wine even tho I’m 22 and by myself in which he took the wine from my hands again. And then they left the store and went to the Walmart wine store to likely tell them not to let me buy myself wine. Extremely frustrating that I had to go to another store after being followed and harassed by Walmart employees for assuming.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP AS THEY CAN NEVER GET MY ORDER TO MY HOUSE AND EVEN WHEN I PICKUP THERE STILL THINGS MISSING THAT THEY DIDN'T CHECK MISSING OR OUT OF STOCK THEY JUST DON'T INCLUDE IT THEN WHEN YOU CONTACT CHAT THEY JUST PUSH FOR REFUND, UMMMMM NO I'M NOT WAITING 2 WEEKS FOR MY MONEY BACK TO GO OUT THE NEXT DAY AND SPEND MORE THAT I DON'T HAVE ON A ITEM I WAS CHARGED FOR THAT I NEVER GOT. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT ANY WALMART EVER AND I SUGGEST YOU ALL DO THE SAME, SUPPORT SMALL AND LOCAL BUSINESSES!

The time to shop definitely is first thing in the morning. You can actually walk up to a register and have someone serve you. Alot like back when Walmart first opened and served their customers.
