Pharmacy can never get my prescriptions in on time ever. It's always a week or two late but the worst part is the lying saying it will be in the next day. It just repeats and repeats with no medication. I hate it here.

I’m from Wisconsin and anytime I got a new prescription I had to talk to the pharmacist. No one has asked if I have questions they seem to want to keep the line moving.

I had a horrible experience at the store #06540 on Cortez Blvd. the worst management I seen yet in a store and the pharmacy was equally as bad. I definitely will be using CVS going forward for my pharmacy needs. Customer service has went right out the window with this store! Nasty people! The Manager and the Pharmacist had the nastiest attitude. No wonder the staff is nasty with zero customer service. This store the poorest customer service I have seen to date. They processed my COVID test incorrectly after she read it off the paper to my face and then told me to go to another Walgreens! Worthless people! Walgreens really needs to provide their staff with more Customer Service training

Pharmacy wait is unbelievably a three hour wait. Give one for pharmacy and two only for store. Store very clean but one employee, whom often works front register is always extremely rude. Gave two for how clean the store is... rather go to Walmart on Cortez and doing so every since. p.s. head Pharmacist is FANTASTIC and calm and give him Ten if could.

There are a few things that are helpful to know about this particular pharmacy location. 1. If you call, you will wait on hold a while to talk to a pharmacist or tech. I've been hung up on at least half the time . 2. If you drive through, there is a line of two to five cars 99% of the time. 3. Double check or call first. I have had things not get filled. 4. One of the young ladies is particularly rude and unprofessional and I don't know how she has lasted this long. I'm in line now and if I go up there and she's still here? I'll switch pharmacies. 5. The people at the general national number are much nicer and more helpful than here locally, by phone. 6. Don't even think of coming in at dinner time or evening rush. There's a huge line then even insider. 7. The recording (I called back because I got hung up on again), says "Trusted since 1901." I would think they would have had plenty of time to get it right.

Needed a prescription filled Waited over an hour They couldn't read the rx ,, so the brain dead pharmacy tools said Many other folks being told their rx is sold out Bumbling idiots Avoid Walgreens !
