I just have to share the amazing experience I had speaking with Bella, from the Pharmacy, on the phone. It's quite a skill to provide all the requested information in a tone so snide and condescending that the customer feels the need to apologize for even asking. Walgreens Pharmacy should be proud to have snatched up such a prize employee before she took a job with the DMV or a debt collection agency. Kudos to you!If only my prescriptions had been transferred to Publix last week, when I went through the steps with both places to make the change, I would have missed out on this singular exchange.Isn't it interesting how life works sometimes?

0 stars if possible, staff is rude and supervisors back them up and support such behavior, don’t care about customers at all. It’s awful that customers are not respected here and are treated like garbage. This location should be closed or at least change in staff. Only been here twice and both were horrible experiences. The first time I went to pick up an item online and they said there was no order and they could not give me the item but I showed that they did in fact take my money and nothing. So I was forced to buy again the same thing just because their website wasn’t working properly. The second time a family member went for the same thing and this time the person out front was very rude and with an attitude without a reason. Apparently management supports bad customer service and disrespectful behavior. I hope this location closed so no one has any more bad experiences. Definitely not going again, I rather go to Tampa. Horrible staff (they should quit if they are not happy working there) and horrible management.

Definitely would not recommend this Walgreens the pharmacist hung up me and some lady who would not give me her name said I didn’t need it and hung up. And now they just canceled my prescription. This place is pathetic.

Absolutely an abysmally run business. Better off rooting and foraging for an herbal remedy in your backyard instead of literally wasting your life dealing with this business. Total shit show. Zero stars if I could. All employees should wear bags on their heads when they leave the office for fear of family and friends discovering their true identities and lifelong personal/professional embarrassment.

I hope this Walgreens is not representative of Walgreens across the country, because if it is, they are doomed. Tomorrow will be two weeks ago I had a prescription called in and it's still not filled. I called last Friday to see what was going on and was told it was in process and should be ready to pick up by the end of the day. Never happened. Could not check on it over the weekend because the pharmacy is closed on the weekends. Called yesterday morning (Monday) and was told it would be ready by yesterday afternoon. Never happened. Called this morning and was told they would get right on it and it would be ready in a few minutes. Still waiting two hours later. Guess I'll go by sometime this afternoon and see if I can get the prescription filled while I wait. Won't be using Walgreens again...

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. In the 3 years I've been using them they have yet to once have the seizure meds for my dog ready on time. They will notify me it's ready for pickup, then when I arrive tell me it's not ready and to come back. And when I come back in the allotted time they tell me it's usually still "not ready for pickup". It normally turns into a multi day fiasco to get a bottle of pills once a month. The pharmacy staff from top to bottom is unprofessional, incompetent, and unreliable.

You make an appointment at 10:15 in the morning for 4:15 pm. When you get there and wait behind five cars, no big deal they always have lines, but once you get to the window (now almost 10 min past the appointment time) and they threatened me with the police if I didn't drive all the way around the building and wait in a long line AGAIN because they weren't ready for an appointment they gave me.

Prescription called in on a Friday by my doctor. Saturday morning they said it would be ready at noon. At 5 pm the order was \\\"still being processed\\\". Stick with CVS. Ridiculous ?

I can’t believe after 30 years your store your pharmacy would do what they’ve done to me. I have been waiting since September for a prescription to be filled for my four-legged pet that has a heart condition and you tell me today October 6, 2021 that you don’t even carry that medication what kind of businesses does that I was told the phone and in seven days early and I did so your company neglected to let anybody know anything if my dog dies you’re store will be haunted for the rest of your lives bad business you have lost my business and my family’s . I can’t believe you would do that to a patient.??????? and you need to get more employees to run that pharmacy.

Clerk at drive up window makes fun of patients! Pharmacy clients beware. I went for a CoVid test and the girl in the drive up window didn't realize she left the speaker microphone on and I overheard her and another clerk mocking me and laughing because I had erroneously sat in the wrong lane for 35 minutes - I was outraged. She mimicked me asking (to clarify which lane was open) if She was certain that I was in the wrong lane. I will he speaking to the Manager tomorrow but I'm pretty sure that telling tue other clerk that I was getting a CoVid test may be a HIPAA violation and even if it is not, her mocking and comments were just how ghoul unprofessional and rude. Read my reviews. Almost 100% positive. I am not a complainer. But tomorrow, I am definitely going to complain.

This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. When you drive up to the drive thru no one even bothers to acknowledge that you are sitting there after you have sat in line for 15 minutes. There’s no sense of urgency or pleasantness as though the customer is interrupting them
