I stopped in to get help with a couple issues I was having with the way Google Maps was operating on my Galaxy Z-Fold. Sal greeted me warmly and listened carefully to all of my concerns. Within a few short minutes he corrected every problem (which were probably all self-inflicted!) and had me on my way! I am one happy camper, and will ask for Sal when I'm ready to upgrade.

Fantastic Customer service. I went to this Verizon store today to get help setting up a replacement phone I recently received from Asurion, my insurance company. Chet Dober, a Solutions Specialist at the store, helped me setup the new phone and erase the information on my old phone. Erasing the information on the old device was very challenging since the screen on the phone was malfunctioning and we could see only 20% of the screen area. Chet was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly, and turned what I expected to be a nightmare afternoon into a great customer service experience. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. Thank you, Chet.

Completely unwilling to help! my phone couldn’t even complete a phone call to Verizon and they wouldn’t even call them at the store. I was told to leave and try to call from a family or friends device.

I went into version at 11:35 am today 2/27/2024 my husband and I were greeted by Josh a version technician specialist I needed help with my phone when I ask him how to get full episodes on my phone he state rudely " I don't know you have to find that out yourself." My husband was inquiring about another phone when my husband asked a question in the middle of Josh speaking. Josh rudely said,"Wait until I finish, "due to the poor unprofessional rude service We encountered. I no longer wanted to purchase another phone. We have been Verizon customers for over 10 years. It sadness me as a loyal customer to walk out of Verizon unsatisfied and frustrated to be treated so poorly by someone who with the knowledge I don't posses making my experience unpleasant. Perhaps Josh should be further trained on how totreat customers who come in for help. I hope this post is reviewed and taken into consideration for the future. Thank you

Superb experience! I went in there with an iPhone that would not transfer information from the old to the new, and the worker there took the time to go through each step and prepare the phone to receive all of the old and explained in detail all of the confusing issues I had with the phone. I am so grateful because my generation did not grow up with these iPhones in their hands; a bit of a handicap but I’m so grateful for the excellent service at the store! I’m coming back because they work well here and I’m very happy I went there unlike the Verizon in Brooksville near Broad Street… I did not get the same service there

Went there to get help with a new phone purchase and was treated very poorly by a salesman name Andrew. He could care less about helping me. Was rude and eventually just walk away and never came back to help me.
