AMAZING!!! They are knowledgeable, courteous and underpriced! I am used to paying an arm and leg for any service, not with them! I honestly cannot express my how happy I was with their service and pricing. They treat you like a friend and not a number. You will be pleasantly surprised at the difference of a well established home town business vs the big box chains. Thank you Brandon and Eddie!!!!

Velva Darnell helped me out so much! My parents got a computer from Eddie and they told him exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier! He was beyond helpful in making a memorial slideshow for my Dad's celebration of life. It's things like this that mean the most! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. I bought an affordable PC case there after I went for a PC diagnosis since mine wouldn't post, but to save me money, they gave me advice on how to troubleshoot it myself. Apparently it was just because I hadn't plugged in my video card.

Can't say enough about these guys I've bought 2 laptops from them they work great they just rebuilt a whole new computer for me so I can run all my old software on windows XPSP3 Everything works like it did 10 years ago and it's twice as fast These guys are great people their prices are more than reasonable can't argue with success thanks guys

Believe the reviews, they are 5 star for a reason. These guys are solid.Bad transaction at another "repair" shop in town, I took the same item to Velva Darnell, and they fixed it overnight when the others couldn't. Very open about what they could do, and what to expect. They told me they wouldn't charge me if they couldn't deliver, then they delivered. I wouldn't use anyone else.
