The worst company to trust with your packages, even mail. Instead of delivering to people's door when the packages don't fit in the mail box, they just put it on the ground, by the mailbox, while it's raining, and to where anyone can steal it, especially when the mailboxes are all the way in the front of our neighborhood. Our mail in the neighborhood is always mixed up in other people's mail boxes. If you ask the mailmen any questions, you are rudely responded to and most of the time don't even get an answer for what the question was even about. This is why companies should have other options for shipping besides USPS, I know some do, but the ones that don't are just causing themselves and their customers unneeded problems. It's not like this review will change anything, but maybe people will see it and USPS will hopefully start losing out on money and maybe get their act together.

They aren't very helpful in trying to be there for the individuals that come for service,and depend on them for there process or delivered items or answers pertaing to those questions.(Like where is my mail, even with verifying ur identity, no help or intention to help is here

Usually have good luck. Today tracking showed a package I desperately need to have been loaded at 6am. Then unloaded at 8am. After sitting a whole day in town before getting unload. What's interesting is. I paid an extra $6 to use usps over usp. It's came from only 80 miles away. Yet I have been waiting for 6 days. I'm a bee keeper and I ordered a thing. And now I'm in a big punch because me new driver seems not to want to deliver it. He often makes 4 to 6 passes before the mail is mostly where it belongs. Wonder what mail we are not getting. Tnaks for nothing usps. I will be using the cheaper faster ups from now on.

We used to love our Postal Service however our previous lady retired and ever since then the new mail man never shows up and has not delivered mail to our office multiple times/missed multiple days in a row. I then went to the post office to retrieve our mail and a supervisor would never even come out to the front with me and the main working the front desk didn’t even know the hours at the post office opened ??♀️
