(Customer Service Matters Especially from Managers/ Leaders).
I visited this store for the first time personally but, my wife occasionally. My experience today was the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in a department store. I stood in the men’s cologne section for 10 minutes waiting while employees passed by even mopping the floor with out someone ever acknowledging the basic fact; that I was a potential customer which could have translated to a $500 or even a $ 1000k cologne sale but, even while talking with the manager about my experience felt dismissive and without empathy as though the idea of a purchase didn’t even matter. Her response to my concerns were, ( okay, while staring at as though my concern meant nothing).
I will drive to Tampa because service matters/

When in to pick up some facial cleanser came here on purpose because they had an offer for a free gift. The promotion was not even a week old and the signs were all still up and they did not have the gift. Unfortunate.

I'm so happy to have finally found a hairdresser that suits my needs & is educated and professional. I started coming to Ulta a few months ago and Amber has been doing my touch up and new color formulation. My hair has never looked and felt so healthy. The color is perfect & Amber took her time to find the perfect formula that I'm in love with for my hair. I used to travel to Orlando to an Aveda salon until I found Amber. I love her & am a new devoted Ulta customer thanks to her expertise!!

I went into Ulta tonight and needed help finding a concealer in the correct color. I am in my 40's and haven't done my make-up in over 2 years. I am getting back into it and needed MAJOR help. Amber helped me find the exact shade and also helped me find another product for my red skin! Also helped me find an awesome nail product! Amber THANK YOU SO MUCH! Excellent customer service!!! Billie did my eyebrows, I got them tinted and waxed. She was so sweet and did the most amazing job. I haven’t even had them done for 3 hours and have already received so many compliments! BOOK HER! ❤️

I had a wonderful young lady named Madison checking me out this evening about 30 mins before they closed and she was amazing and sweet and so bubbly. They did a great thing hiring her and anyone like her. It was such a a pleasure mostly due to her kind nature.

Woman helped me right away on the floor. But wow, I have never been ignored like that when checking out. Looked at her phone for the entire transaction. I even tried to say hello but apparently I wasn't even worth the trouble. Thanks for making me feel invisible.

I've shopped at Ulta for years, but today I wanted to leave a review and thank Melissa for her assistance yesterday. She is knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and made me comfortable in asking questions. She was not pushy and really simply approached the sale how you would with talking with a friend. Thank you for your help Melissa! Ulta, you have a great team member on your hands!

Amber is a really great stylist! She colors my greys with an express color and it is perfect coverage lasting until the next time they grow back in. She also recommended a great cut for me and my hair falls really nicely without spending much time styling. She has a great personality and really desires to have you walk away completely happy with your hair.
