Came to Brooksville from Valrico, FL and when it was time to get tires, I decided to try out the tire kingdom in Brooksville because my service and quality of products that I experienced in Valrico was always excellent. I am happy to say that I was not disappointed From my first encounter with Robbie, who I later found out was the store manager. To the quality of work done in a timely manner By Ryan, the technician that worked on my vehicle, I was extremely happy. Also very happy they did not try and upsell me on services I did not ask for. If you see a problem, by all means let me know…..there is a difference between that and upselling.
Thanks for outstanding customer service!! I’ll be back

I was on my way to an appointment and noticed one of my tires was low on air so I stopped by to get air put in it. I was told to pull up to a bay door, and I was helped immediately. One of the workers came up to me as soon as I pulled in and they were very friendly. I was very impressed by their speed in helping me, I will definitely be back!

Repaired my tire. I had to change my appointment because I had to wait for roadside assistance to come first. They were very nice about still fitting me in.

Revised
Initially a 1 star review. Had some frustration thus morning but was resolved beyond my expectations.
Store manager contacted me and the system was reset with a scanner. I learned a hard lesson and to double check with my shop scanner at home. Which i hadnt done, and I apologized to the manager and team. Thanks for understanding. Will see them for all my tire needs.
